All armor comes with a conditional five year warranty against material defect. Helmet hardware comes with a manufacturers one year warranty against defect and premature failure not from abuse.
Exchanges are now authorized. You must submit a request via the “Exchanges” link on our website. You ship the product back to us, and email the tracking number to email@example.com Shipping for our products can be quite expensive so you will have to pay for the shipment of your replacement product. Once we receive the product back an agent will call you to take payment for the return of your replacement, and a replacement request will be sent to the fabrication floor if it is an item with a lead time.
You have three days from the time you receive your product to request a return. There is a 25% restocking fee. You must contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. An agent will call you to take payment, and your order will be immediately cancelled. You will receive an automated email notification from our system that your order is cancelled.
