For those property transactions involving a mortgage, conveyancers and solicitors acting for lenders will usually follow standard conveyancing instructions and any specific requirements as set out by the lender providing the mortgage.

For those property transactions involving a mortgage, conveyancers and solicitors acting for lenders will usually follow standard conveyancing instructions and any specific requirements as set out by the lender providing the mortgage.
 
The ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõintroduced mortgage instructions (occasionally referred to as the ³ÉÈËÍ·ÌõHandbook) for its members on 1 January 2010, ensuring that all its members have access to a full set of standard instructions. 
 
The ³ÉÈËÍ·ÌõMortgage Instructions are currently being used by 28 lenders.
 
There are full conveyancing instructions for each of the following UK jurisdictions: England and Wales; Scotland; and Northern Ireland
 
The ³ÉÈËÍ·ÌõMortgage Instructions comprise of two sections: a core set of mortgage instructions; and specific requirements setting out individual lenders’ policies.
